By accessing or using our website, purchasing our digital products (including D&D adventures, supplements, and other digital content), or engaging with our blog and community, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. All content published on twistofthefates.com, including but not limited to D&D adventures, supplements, blog posts, stories, artwork, illustrations (including the “shears and thread” logo, character illustrations, maps, and item artwork), text, graphics, and designs, are the exclusive property of Twist of the Fates and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our website, except as specifically outlined in Section 2 below regarding purchased digital products.

2. Digital Product Licenses & Use

When you purchase a digital product (such as an adventure or supplement) from Twist of the Fates, you are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use that product for your own individual, non-commercial tabletop role-playing games.

You ARE Permitted To:

Download and save the digital product for your personal use.
Print physical copies of the digital product for your personal use.
Use the content (e.g., adventure plot, monsters, items, lore) in your personal tabletop games with your private group of players.

You are NOT Permitted To:

Sell, redistribute, republish, or sublicense the digital product or its contents, in whole or in part, to any third party.
Use the digital product or its contents for any commercial purpose (e.g., selling access to games you run using our content, using our artwork in your own products for sale).
Share or upload the digital product to public forums, file-sharing sites, or any platform where it can be accessed by others for free.
Modify or adapt the digital product to create your own commercial products.

Violation of these terms will result in immediate termination of your license and may be subject to legal action.

3. Purchases & Payments

Pricing: All prices for digital products are displayed in USD and are subject to change without notice.
Payment: Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Twist of the Fates does not directly store your credit card information.
Taxes: You are responsible for any applicable taxes associated with your purchase.

4. Refund Policy for Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital goods, which cannot be returned once downloaded, all sales of digital products (adventures, supplements, etc.) from Twist of the Fates are final and non-refundable once the product has been downloaded or accessed.

5. User Conduct & Community Guidelines

When interacting with our website, including our blog comments or any future community features, you agree to:

Refrain from posting or transmitting any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
